Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your tour free of charge more than 30 days before the booking date. From D-29 to D-9 before the date of the visit: 50% of the cost of the visit and 100% on D-8.

What happens if it rains?
Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Lyon has a continental climate. These bike tours are all-weather and we provide ponchos. In the event of heavy rain or snow, we may cancel the tour, and we'll let you know as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund, excluding expenses already incurred (gourmet break, leader, additional bikes).
