Can I book in advance ?
The bike tour of the city is one of the must-dos in Lyon. Electric bike rentals for 4 hours are only available in the store the same day.
What to do in case of a flat tire or breakdown ?
Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come back to our store in Lyon. In the case of a subscription to the insurance 'Breakdown and theft', a deductible of 10% will be charged in any case. Punctures are not included in the insurance. Any other case is charged.
What are the methods and amounts of the deposit?
We accept credit cards (except AMEX), cash and checks for deposits. For electric bikes, the deposit is 500€ per bike.
