Since July 27, 2021, 522 hectares of the city of Nice have been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as the “Winter Resort Town of the Riviera.” This includes a vast area that showcases the city’s evolution as a global tourism capital dedicated to winter climatic resorts.
This themed tour can be taken in three different ways (the sites visited vary depending on the tour):
- Walking tour - 2. 5 hours
An excellent way to see the highlights of Nice, focusing on the intriguing history of the Old Town with its beautiful colorful facades, and the Castle Hill with its magnificent panoramic views. (Be prepared to climb 300 steps to reach the Castle Hill.) The tour will end at the top of the hill.
- Electric bike - 3 hours
The bike tour will let you explore the waterfront, but also cover longer distances to the magnificent Belle Époque neighborhood of Cimiez with its majestic palaces and ornate villas, as well as the largest and most important Orthodox cathedral in Western Europe with its golden domes.
- Segway - 3 hours
A great way to enjoy a leisurely ride along the waterfront, explore the Old Town with its beautiful colorful facades and narrow streets steeped in history, and admire the most stunning views of the Baie des Anges from the Colline du Château.

Schedule:

- Arrive at the store 15 minutes before the tour departs and meet your guide
- Set out to explore Nice with your guide.
- Learn how to ride a Segway in just a few minutes (if you choose the Segway option)
Is there anything I need to bring?
- Flat shoes and casual clothing are recommended
- Weather: Dress appropriately for the time of day and the season. In winter, a coat, jacket, and gloves are recommended.
Participation requirements for the Segway option:
- Minimum age requirement for the Segway: 14 years old
- All participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum weight: 45 kilos. Maximum weight: 118 kilos
- This tour is not available to pregnant women
- This tour is not recommended for people with inner ear disorders
