2. PMT (Palmes Masque Tuba) at the Islet Canard
After experiencing the gliding sensations of the Segway gyropod, jump into a cab boat and in 5 minutes access the surprising richness of our marine ecosystem. Indeed, a PMT is necessary when you disembark on this islet classified as a nature reserve. Follow the underwater path labeled world heritage by UNESCO, and observe multicolored fish, coral reefs of all shapes, and swim with turtles! Possibility to rent a PMT equipment on site.
For the most courageous, the access to the islet Canard is also done in Paddle! Renting from the bay of Anse Vata.

- First of all, if you don't have much time, think about renting an electric bike to take advantage of the sublime views of the New Caledonian lagoon and make the most of the potential of Anse Vata and La Baie des Citrons. Bikes are available for rent at our agency located in Baie des Citrons.
- The La Promenade complex (Anse Vata) will delight fashion victims. The complex includes trendy boutiques, from luxury (DeCi DeLà or Max Mara) to Surfshops (with the emblematic brands Roxy, Quicksilver, DC, Volcom, Billabong...). Desigual has also installed its colorful brand on this pleasant open-air mall. For sportswomen who like fitness and yoga outfits, or for lovers of the Hippie Chic or Casual style, theBrookfield Boutiquewill not disappoint you.
- Anse Vata and Lemon Bay offer a wide range of dining options, with cuisines from around the world. For a well-balanced lunch and fresh products, we highly recommend theHANOI BEACHon Anse Vata. Their Bun Bo is delicious and the portions are very generous. You can also order your dish to take away if you feel like having a picnic on the Duck Island for example ;)
- Our last tip for an unforgettable day in Noumea, sip a delicious cocktail at the MV LOUNGE (Baie des Citrons). This bar overlooking the beach is transformed into a magical place at sunset. For night owls, it is also one of the trendiest clubs in town.
- For lovers of French pastries, we must admit that good bakeries are rare in Caledonia. Good news though, one of the best bakeries in Noumea (Au Pain D'Antan) is located in the La Promenade complex (Anse Vata)!
