The Segway gyropod can become a formidable animation tool, and a particularly effective challenge tool for team building: it puts everyone on an equal footing, naturally generates commitment, and enables both competitive and collaborative formats.

Mobilboard Annecy offers a fully modular range of Segway activities, suitable for seminars, incentive days and employee events of all sizes. Each module can be offered on its own or combined with others to create a tailor-made program.

Our Segway activities

Initiation - First steps The ideal starting point for groups discovering the Segway. Participants learn to master the gyropod through progressive exercises supervised by a professional Mobilboard guide: balance, coordination, first movements. A short format - 30 to 45 minutes - that works very well as a day opener or icebreaker before another activity.

Skill course - Precision and concentration A course specially designed to test gyropod control: narrow areas, obstacle avoidance, mini precision challenges. Depending on the group's objectives, the course can be run in free mode or as a timed competition. Accessible from the end of the introductory course.

Mini races, timed relays and team duels on a safecourse. A format that creates a natural emulation within the group and is particularly suited to incentive events where a competitive dimension is required. Adaptable to available space.

Segway Polo - Collective challenge Two teams compete to score points with light balls and clubs, in a format inspired by traditional polo. Segway Polo is one of our most popular team-building activities, combining strategy, communication and coordination in a fun, accessible setting. Possibility of organizing a mini-tournament with scoring and refereeing.

Segway Foot - Mini-football on a gyropod Participants pilot their Segway to score goals in a short football-inspired format. An even more accessible activity than Polo, ideal for mixed groups or to vary the pace of a multi-workshop program. Short matches, rounds and tournaments are possible, depending on the time available.

Organization and progress

Each activity is supervised by professional Mobilboard guides, who provide safety briefings, ongoing support and level adjustments to suit the group. Formats are adaptable in length - from 45 minutes to two hours - and all services are offered on a fully privatized basis, at a time of your choosing.

Several modules can be combined to make up a half-day or a full day of team building. We adapt the organization to the size of the group, the space available and your objectives.

On request, we can include a gourmet break, lunch or aperitif, an awards ceremony with podium, or a photo and video souvenir of the event.

Is it accessible to beginners? Yes, all our activities begin with a briefing and a supervised hands-on phase. No previous Segway experience is required, and formats are adjusted according to the level of the group.

Is it possible to privatize the activity? Yes, each module can be fully privatized for your group, at a time of your choosing.

Is it possible to combine several events? Yes, in fact this is the most common configuration for team building days. Whether it's an introductory course followed by a trial of skill, or a Segway Polo tournament after a speed run - we'll tailor the program to your time and space constraints.
