A self-contained, easy-to-organize package for all ages

Self-hire is the most flexible option we offer for groups of young people. Your group collects the bikes from our branch and organizes its outing freely on Lake Annecy's secure cycle paths. This is a particularly popular option for supervisors who want to keep control of the day's activities, without the constraints of an imposed program.

We welcome school groups, youth clubs, leisure centers, youth services and associations, for groups ranging from a few participants to 100 people or more.

Classic or electric bikes

We offer both formulas, adapted to the age and profile of the group.

Classic bikes are suitable for all ages, including the youngest participants. Electric bikes are particularly suited to teenagers and supervisors, especially for longer tours. Both types can be combined within the same group.

Rental options

One-day rental For a complete outing around the lake or a day out in the countryside. The bikes are at the group's disposal for the whole day, and the group is free to organize its own itinerary.

Half-day rental Available only in the morning, with bikes to be returned before 1pm. A practical format for an activity in the first part of the day, before lunch or an afternoon activity.

Agency hours are generally from 9am to 6pm. For school and youth groups, we can adapt times to suit transport and scheduling constraints.

What's included in the rental

Each rental includes the bike - classic or electric -, helmet, front basket and lock. Bikes are checked and serviced regularly. Assistance is available if needed during the outing.

A deposit in the form of a bank imprint is required on departure: €200 per classic bike, €300 per electric bike.

Breakage and theft insurance

An optional insurance policy - TULIP - is available for purchase. It is particularly appreciated by supervisors who wish to ride without worrying about material hazards.

Recommended routes

Annecy's network of safe cycle paths makes it ideal for an independent outing with a group of young people.

Annecy - Duingt (round trip) - 2 to 3 hours. An accessible itinerary on the western shore of the lake, finishing opposite Duingt castle. Suitable for all ages and half-day outings.

Annecy - Doussard (round trip) - For groups of teenagers or students looking for a longer outing on a completely safe, natural route.

Tour du lac d'Annecy - For full-day outings, an emblematic route of around 40 km that takes in the whole lake and its villages.

Options on request

On request, we can arrange for bikes to be delivered to your meeting point, suggest restaurants or lunch points, or provide a logistical support vehicle for larger groups.
