Can I book in advance?

The electric scooter tour of Lake Annecy is one of the highlights of our beautiful region. Electric scooter rentals for 2 or 4 hours and more than 4 hours are only available in the store on the day.

What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?

Our scooter rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come back to our Annecy store. Punctures are not included. All other cases will be billed.

What are the deposit methods and amounts?

We accept credit cards (except AMEX) and cash for deposits. For electric scooters, the deposit is €400 per scooter. We do not accept cheques. Be sure to increase your credit card limit, as no refunds will be possible!

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the date of the activity. No refunds are possible within 48 hours of the departure date. You can also ask for your reservation to be postponed free of charge.

What happens if it rains?

Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a mountain climate. We can provide ponchos.

Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. Our reservations are guaranteed from 1 person upwards.
