The meeting point is at the Mobilboard agency 15 minutes before the start of the tour (plan to arrive earlier for large groups).
The training time is included in the ride.

Conditions for the practice of the Segway gyropod:
Minimum weight 45 kg and maximum 118 kg, from 12 years old.
For people under 45 kg and 12 years old, please contact us later.
People under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
The Segway gyropod is not accessible to pregnant women.
The Segway gyropod is not recommended for people with an inner ear problem.

The route of the ride is given as an indication and can vary according to the circumstances or to respect the duration of the service.
The walks are possible in French and in English.
Cancellation policy :
Non-cancellable and non-refundable offer.
In case of rain, the cancellation of the tour will be done according to the rainfall.
Any delay of 10 minutes is considered as a cancellation and will not be refunded, but the service can be rescheduled according to the availability of the agency within 1 month.
