An autonomous and flexible formula for organizing a group outing by the lake

Self-hire is the most flexible formula we offer for group outings. Your participants collect the bikes from our agency and explore Lake Annecy's cycle paths at their own pace, following the itinerary of their choice. This option is particularly well-suited to CSEs, groups and associations wishing to offer an outdoor activity without the constraints of an imposed program.

A formula adapted to many contexts

Bike hire is suitable for a wide range of group outings: annual CSE outings, staff friendship days, community or town hall events, or intergenerational outings. It's accessible to all profiles, simplifying organization for Works Council managers.

Classic or electric bikes

We offer both formulas, depending on the group's preferences.

The classic bike is ideal for a leisurely outing on flat terrain, particularly on the secure cycle path on the west side of the lake. The electric bike, thanks to its assistance, allows heterogeneous groups to ride together over longer distances without difficulty. For CE outings with participants of all ages and levels, this is often the most appropriate formula.

Rental formulas

Day rental For a complete outing around the lake or a real nature day out. Participants have bikes at their disposal for the whole day, and are free to organize their own itinerary.

Half-day rental Available only in the morning, with bikes to be returned before 1pm. A practical format for an activity in the first part of the day, before a group lunch or other activity in the afternoon.

Agency hours are generally from 9am to 6pm. For corporate groups, we can adapt departure and return times to suit the constraints of your program.

What's included in the rental

Each rental includes the bike - classic or electric - helmet, front basket and lock. Bikes are checked and serviced regularly. Assistance is available if needed during the outing.

A deposit in the form of a bank imprint is required on departure: €200 per classic bike, €300 per electric bike.

Breakage and theft insurance

An optional insurance policy - TULIP - is available on subscription. It is particularly recommended for group outings, so that participants can ride without worrying about material hazards.

Recommended itineraries

Tour of Lake Annecy - approx. 40 km. The emblematic route, for a full day of villages, panoramas and convivial breaks.

Annecy - Duingt (round trip) - 2 to 3 hours. An accessible itinerary on the West Bank cycle path, ideal for a half-day outing with a finish in front of Duingt castle.

Annecy - Doussard (round trip) - For groups looking for a longer outing, on a completely safe and natural route, easily accessible by electric bike.

Large groups

We can cater for groups of 100 or more, thanks to our fleet and rental capacity in Annecy. The organization is adapted to the size of the group.

Options on request

On request, we can arrange for bikes to be delivered to your meeting place, suggest partner restaurants for a lunch stop, or provide a logistical support vehicle for larger groups.
