A segway ride on Lake Annecy designed for fun with friends and family, combining discovery, nature and a spirit of play.
After a short introduction, the route skirts the Jardins de l'Europe, with its unobstructed view of the mountains, before passing over the famous Pont des Amours, one of the town's most famous landmarks. The ride continues through the lively Pâquier esplanade to the Impérial Palace. All along the way, our Annecy Quiz Game punctuates the activity with questions on local history, landmarks and anecdotes.

Can I cancel my booking?
If you do not subscribe to the "Cancellation Insurance" option, your reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can ask for your reservation to be postponed at no charge.
If you take out "Cancellation Insurance", you can cancel the tour without giving any reason up to 24 hours before the theoretical start time.
What happens if it rains?
Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a continental and mountain climate. Our Segway rides take place in all weathers, and we provide ponchos. In the event of inclement weather (snow, ice, etc.), we can cancel the ride by notifying you as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund.
What time does the activity start?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour, to allow time to fill in the start register and to be equipped with a helmet. We cannot wait for latecomers as this affects the experience of other participants. If you are running late, please try to call us as we may be able to arrange an alternative departure. No refunds can be claimed for late arrivals. Don't forget to park in advance. It can be difficult to find a parking space.

Is there a minimum number of participants?
Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. However, our reservations are guaranteed from 2 people. However, you can pre-book to be on the waiting list. We can cancel your reservation free of charge, or offer you an alternative departure or date.
At what age can I ride a Segway?
You must be at least 14 years old to use a Segway (legislation on EDPM). Are you coming with your family? Children under 14 can follow on their bikes!
Are you a company?
The offers presented on this page are designed for the general public. Our tours follow a fixed schedule, the meeting point is fixed at our agency and they are not privatized.
