A deposit is required:

• 300€ per electric bike

Is there insurance in case of breakage or theft?

Yes, optional insurance is available: TULIP.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Our activities are outdoor 🌦️. In case of light rain, we lend ponchos. In the event of inclement weather, we'll work out a solution with you.
