How does the Segway gyropod "balance itself"?
5 gyroscopic micro-sensors, 2 accelerometers, 2 computers, 4 electric motors: the electronics manage the balance for you!
What is the speed of a Segway gyropod?
Up to 20 km/hour. In the city center, however, speeds can be moderated to 6 km/h. You don't have to go fast to enjoy the thrill of gliding.
Can I fall while riding a Segway gyropod?
Even if it's rare, it's always possible to fall, just like when walking or cycling. However, the Segway gyropod takes full control of your balance, so all you have to do is keep an eye on what's going on around you. Mobilboard instructors provide training and guidance so you can enjoy the tour in complete safety.
What is the autonomy of a Segway gyropod?
Up to 38 km per charge, depending on model. Range varies according to a number of criteria, including temperature, driving style and tire pressure.
