Annecy - Rental of bicycles and electric bikes for companies

Self-guided rental is for groups who want to organize their own cycling outing. Your group collects the bikes from our agency and sets off to explore Lake Annecy and the surrounding area at their own pace, following the itinerary of their choice.

It's a simple solution, with no time constraints, for companies wishing to integrate an outdoor activity into a seminar program without weighing down logistics.

Classic bikes or electric bikes

We offer both options, depending on your group's preferences and profile.

The classic bike is ideal for a relaxing outing on flat terrain, such as the cycle path on the west side of the lake. The electric bike, thanks to its assistance, allows heterogeneous groups to ride together over longer distances without difficulty, even for participants who are not accustomed to cycling. For corporate events, this is often the most suitable formula.

Rental formulas

One-day rental

Ideal for a free ride around the lake or an independent incentive day. Your employees have the bikes at their disposal for the whole day, and can organize their itinerary as they wish.

Half-day rental

Available only in the morning, with bikes to be returned by 1pm. A practical format for an outdoor activity in the first part of the day, before a team lunch or an afternoon's work.

Agency hours are generally 9am to 6pm. For corporate groups, we can adapt departure and return times to suit the constraints of your program.

What's included in the rental

Each rental includes the bike - classic or electric - helmet, front basket and lock. Bikes are checked and serviced regularly. Assistance is available if needed during the outing.

A deposit in the form of a bank imprint is required on departure: €200 per classic bike, €300 per electric bike.

Breakage and theft insurance

An optional insurance policy - TULIP - is available on subscription. It allows participants to ride without worrying about material hazards, which is particularly appreciated for corporate events.

Recommended routes

Annecy's network of safe cycle paths makes it a particularly pleasant location for a self-guided outing. Here are the routes most frequently used by corporate groups:

Tour of Lake Annecy - approx. 40 km. The complete route for an incentive day, allowing you to discover the whole lake, its villages and its viewpoints.

Annecy - Duingt (round trip) - 2 to 3 hours. An accessible itinerary on the west shore, finishing opposite Duingt castle. Suitable for a half-day outing or a less experienced group.

Annecy - Doussard (round trip) - for groups wishing to enjoy a longer outing while remaining on a completely safe route. A natural itinerary, easily completed by electric bike.

Large groups

We can equip groups of 100 participants and more, by combining our fleet with the rental capacities available in Annecy. For larger events, this free rental formula can also be combined with other activities as part of a sub-group rotation system.

Options on request

On request, we can arrange for bikes to be delivered directly from your seminar venue, suggest partner restaurants for a lunch stop, or provide logistical assistance for larger groups.
