If you'd like to rent a city bike for a short time, you can only reserve one at a branch. If you'd like to get the most out of Lyon, and take a long tour of the city with breaks and at a leisurely pace, we recommend day bike rentals.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can request a postponement of your reservation at no charge.
Can I book in advance?
Cycling around the city is one of Lyon's must-do activities. We recommend that you book your bike hire directly online. Of course, you can also come to our branch in Vieux-Lyon to choose your bike.
What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?
Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come straight back to the agency. All breakages are invoiced.
What are the methods and amounts of the security deposit?
We only accept credit cards (except AMEX). For comfort bikes, the deposit is €200 per bike.
