If you'd like to rent an electric bike for a short period, you can only book in-store. If you want to get the most out of Lyon and take a long tour of the city with breaks and at a leisurely pace, we recommend day bike rentals.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can request a postponement of your reservation at no charge.
Can I book in advance?
Cycling around the city is one of Lyon's must-do activities. We recommend that you book your electrically-assisted bike rental for the day directly online. Of course, you can also drop in to our boutique-atelier on Place Bellecour to make your choice.
What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?
Our electric scooter rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come back to our store in Lyon. All breakdowns are invoiced.
What are the methods and amounts of the security deposit?
We only accept credit cards (except AMEX). For comfort bikes, the deposit is €200 per bike.
