Rules of the Instagram contest "Mobilboard - 100€ of adventure to win".
ARTICLE 1 - Organizer
The company MLC MANAGEMENT, SAS with a capital of 5000€, registered with the RCS of LYON under the n°799201223, whose head office is located 7 quai Romain Rolland, 69005, Lyon (hereafter "the Organizer"), organizes a free contest with no obligation to buy entitled "Mobilboard - 100€ d'aventure à gagner" (hereafter "the Contest"), broadcast on Instagram.

ARTICLE 2 - Conditions of participation
The Game is open to all individuals:
- over 18 at the time of entry,
- residing in metropolitan France and/or Corsica and/or the French overseas departments and territories,
- with a personal Instagram account and Internet access.
The following are excluded: staff members of the Organizer and its partners involved in organizing the Contest, and their families (ascendants, descendants, spouse, cohabitee, PACS partner).
Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
ARTICLE 3 - Game duration
The Contest runs from 12/19/2025 at 6:00 pm to 12/23/2025 at 5:00 pm (Paris time), inclusive.
Any entry registered after the end date/time will not be taken into account.
ARTICLE 4 - How to enter
To take part in the Game, you must :
- Follow the Instagram account @mobilboard_fr;
- Like the Game publication posted on the @mobilboard_en account;
- Comment on the publication by answering the question:
" Tell us in comments which adventure you'd like to do?"
A compliant participation = 1 comment answering the question + follow + like.
- Multiple comments are allowed, but only one prize per person.
- Any participation that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive or contrary to the present rules will be cancelled.
ARTICLE 5 - Designation of the winner
The winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries on 23/12/2025 at 5:30pm.
The draw will be carried out via the https://www.tirage-au-sort.net/ prize draw platform.
1 (one) winner will be selected.
ARTICLE 6 - Prize
The Game is endowed with the following prize
- 1 Mobilboard gift card worth €100 (incl. VAT), valid for 12 months from the date it is sent to the winner (hereinafter the "Prize").
Conditions of use of the Prize
The Prize :
- is valid in the participating agencies / destinations listed in article 7 ;
- can be used for outdoor leisure activities offered by participating agencies (e.g. bike hire, guided tours, gyropods, electric scooters, etc.), subject to availability;
- is neither exchangeable nor refundable, even partially, and cannot give rise to any financial consideration;
- is not nominative;
- can be used in one go;
- any additional costs (e.g. exceeding the €100 value, options, deposit, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with one of equivalent value in the event of unavailability beyond its control.
ARTICLE 7 - Participating agencies
The Prize is valid only in the following agencies:
- Agen
- Annecy
- Carnac
- Condrieu
- Reunion Island
- Lyon
- Nice
- Versailles
ARTICLE 8 - Information and prize delivery
The winner will be contacted by private Instagram message (DM) from the @mobilboard_fr account within 1 day of the draw.
The winner must reply within 1 day and provide the information required to send the Prize(surname/first name/email).
In the event of failure to reply within the given time limit, or in the event of incomplete/erroneous information, the winner will be deemed to have renounced his/her prize, and a new draw may be held.
The Prize will be sent in the form of a [e.g. PDF gift card] to the e-mail address provided by the winner, within an indicative period of [2] days.
ARTICLE 9 - Liability
Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet and social networks (breakdowns, malfunctions, interruptions, etc.). The Organizer may not be held liable in the event of :
- inability to participate due to technical problems,
- delay/loss of messages on Instagram,
- identity theft or external fraud.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any non-compliant, fraudulent or immoral participation (abusive, defamatory, hateful comments, etc.).
ARTICLE 10 - Personal data (RGPD)
The data collected as part of the Game (e.g. Instagram identifier, comment, and possibly name/first name/email for prize delivery) are processed by the Organizer for the purposes of:
- managing the Game,
- designation of the winner,
- delivery of the Prize.
Legal basis: execution of the rules / legitimate interest.
Retention period: up to 3 months after the end of the Game, unless otherwise required by law.
Participants have rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability.

In the event of difficulty, participants may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Data will not be used for commercial prospecting without consent.
ARTICLE 11 - Intellectual property / Image rights
Participants remain responsible for the content of their comments. The Organizer will not reuse comments for advertising purposes without the prior consent of the participant.
ARTICLE 12 - Modification / Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Game in the event of force majeure or an event beyond its control, without being held liable. Any modification will be announced on Instagram and/or on the rules page.
ARTICLE 13 - Rules and acceptance
Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of the present rules.
ARTICLE 14 - Applicable law / Disputes
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the Game must be submitted in writing to contact@mobilboard.com within 30 days of the end of the Game.
Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Organizer's registered office, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
ARTICLE 15 - Instagram mention
This Game is neither managed, sponsored nor approved by Instagram. The information communicated by participants is provided to the Organizer and not to Instagram.
