Can I book in advance?

Cycling around Lake Annecy is one of the must-do activities in our beautiful region. Electric bike rentals of less than 2 hours are only available when you visit the store on the same day.

What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?

Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come back to our Annecy store. If you take out 'Breakage and theft' insurance, a 10% deductible will be charged in all cases. Punctures are not included in the insurance. All other cases will be billed.

What are the deposit methods and amounts?

We accept credit cards (except AMEX) and cash for deposits. For electric bikes, the deposit is €300 per bike.

⚠️ Be sure to increase your credit card limit, as no refunds will be possible!

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity date. No refunds are possible within 48 hours of the departure date. You can ask for your reservation to be postponed free of charge.

What happens if it rains?

Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a mountain climate. We can provide ponchos.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. Our reservations are guaranteed from 1 person upwards.
