Can I make a reservation in advance?

The bike tour around Lake Annecy is one of the must-do experiences in our beautiful region. You can reserve electric bikes for the day online or in-store on the same day.

What should I do in case of a flat tire or breakdown?

Our bike rental packages do not include roadside assistance. We recommend that you call us and return to our Annecy store. If you have purchased “Breakage and Theft” insurance, a 10% deductible will be charged in all cases. Flat tires are not covered by the insurance. Any other issues will be billed.

What are the deposit payment methods and amounts?

We accept credit cards (excluding AMEX) and cash for security deposits. For e-bikes, the security deposit is €300 per bike.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the activity date. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the departure date. You can also request to reschedule your reservation at no charge.

What happens if it rains?

Don’t forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a MOUNTAIN climate. We can provide you with ponchos.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. Our reservations are guaranteed for groups of 1 or more people.
