Credit Card Payments on Our Website
When you make a reservation on our website, your card is not charged; it is simply held as a guarantee. On the day of your visit, you can pay by credit card, ANCV check, or cash.
Can I make a reservation in advance?
Cycling around Lake Annecy is one of the must-do experiences in our beautiful region. You can reserve electric bike rentals for the day online or in-store on the same day.
What should I do in case of a flat tire or breakdown?
Our bike rental packages do not include roadside assistance. We recommend that you call us and return to our Annecy store. If you have purchased “Breakdown and Theft” insurance, a 10% deductible will be charged regardless of the situation. Flat tires are not covered by the insurance. Any other issues will be billed.

What are the deposit options and amounts?
For e-bikes, the deposit is €300 per bike. We accept credit cards (except AMEX) and cash for deposits.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can request to reschedule your reservation at no charge.
What happens if it rains?
Don’t forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a MOUNTAIN climate. We can provide you with ponchos.
Where is your store located?
We have two stores located a 3-minute walk from each other. Depending on your reservation, please go to 8 bis Place aux Bois, 74000 Annecy, or 4 Rue Camille Dunant, 74000 Annecy.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. Our reservations are guaranteed for groups of one or more people.
