Can I make a reservation in advance?

The bike tour around Lake Annecy is one of the must-do experiences in our beautiful region. Electric bike rentals for 2 to 4 hours are available online (only for morning rentals; bikes must be returned by 1:30 p.m.) or in-store on the same day.

What should I do in case of a flat tire or breakdown?

Our bike rental packages do not include roadside assistance. We recommend that you call us and return to our Annecy store. If you have purchased “Breakdown and Theft” insurance, a 10% deductible will be charged regardless of the situation. Flat tires are not covered by the insurance. All other incidents will be billed.

What are the deposit payment methods and amounts?

We accept credit cards (except AMEX) and cash for security deposits. For e-bikes, the security deposit is €300 per bike.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity date. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the departure date. You can request to reschedule your reservation at no cost.

What happens if it rains?

Don’t forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a MOUNTAIN climate. We can provide you with ponchos.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. Our reservations are guaranteed for groups of 1 or more people.
