We’re truly sorry that a problem arose during your ride. Our entire team is working hard to help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

What’s the situation?
Flat tire or fall
Flat tires are caused by road conditions or an object on the road. They are not the responsibility of the rental company and are the customer’s responsibility.
Mechanical breakdown
If the breakdown is related to the bike itself (derailleur, brakes, frame, etc.), it is our responsibility. Please contact us immediately.
Flat tire: Use the puncture repair spray
- Locate the puncture repair spray attached to your bike.
- Unscrew the cap from the valve of the flat tire, then screw the spray nozzle on tightly.
- Empty the entire can into the tire, maintaining pressure until the very end—do not release the pressure until the can is completely empty.
- Ride slowly for a few meters to distribute the product throughout the inner tube.
The puncture repair spray is not a miracle solution. If the tire is severely damaged (large tear, object still lodged in the tire, etc.), the spray may not be enough. In this case, don’t keep trying—move on to the next steps.
Are you riding with a group? If the spray on your bike doesn’t work, try the one from another bike in the group—they’re interchangeable. Every bike is equipped with one.
Even if it works, the repair can is only a temporary fix. Avoid riding faster than 15 km/h after using it, and please report the incident to us when you return.

Traveling by bus and securing your bike
Buses cannot transport bikes. You must secure your bike on-site before boarding the bus.
Before boarding the bus:
- Lock your bike to a fixed object (pole, bike rack) using the lock provided.
- Be sure to wrap the lock’s cable around the bike’s frame, not around a wheel—a wheel can come off easily, and the bike could be stolen. Always lock the bike to the frame, never to the wheel! A wheel can be removed in a matter of seconds—only the frame ensures that the bike remains secured to the object to which you’ve locked it.
- Take a photo of the locked bike and send it to us via WhatsApp along with your exact location.
- Keep the lock key safe and return it to the agency. Without it, we cannot retrieve the bike.
