Urban technical course in Agen - 1h

This course is open only to people who have already ridden a Segway several times.

Navigating obstacles, riding, and sharing the space with other users, riding on steep slopes! Techniques for navigating obstacles and guiding the Segway depending on the situation. Techniques for effective emergency braking.

Good physical condition is required. Depending on the instructor’s assessment of participants’ abilities, this course may be adapted or even canceled by the instructor during the session to ensure optimal safety for all participants. This is particularly true if participants do not meet the technical prerequisites.

If you're expecting a baby or have an inner ear problem... the Segway isn't recommended for now!

If you’re a lightweight (under 45 kg) or a heavyweight (over 118 kg)... No Segway!

If you’re a minor over 14 years old: Dad, Mom, uncle, aunt, grandpa, grandma… in short, an adult must accompany you!

You must wear flat, closed-toe shoes (like sneakers ) and clothing appropriate for the current weather!

One of our goals is to promote the use of Personal Motorized Mobility Devices (PMDs) while sharing public spaces and respecting the most vulnerable. The Highway Code has recognized PMVs since October 23, 2019, as a new category of vehicles and defines their status. Just like with a regular bicycle, you cannot ride while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The guide may halt the entire group’s ride if participants fail to follow instructions or, more generally, fail to comply with the traffic code.

You’re probably eager to get started… But finding parking isn’t always easy, so please plan to arrive at the meeting spot 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

If you’re 15 minutes or more late—and if the route allows it—the tour will be shortened by the equivalent amount of time. Otherwise, the tour will be considered complete and non-refundable.

Depending on traffic and parking conditions, the meeting location for the Mobilboard vehicle will be communicated to you one to two hours before departure.
