- Minimum age required: 12 years old.
- Minimum weight: 40 kilos. Maximum weight: 120 kilos.

General cancellation fees:
- Cancellation more than 4 days before departure: contact us.
- From 4 to 2 days before departure: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Less than 2 days before departure: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation fees in case of bad weather conditions:
- Weather does not prevent the proper use of the Segway: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
