Before departure

• Please arrive at the Segway station reception desk at least 15 minutes before your departure to complete the mandatory registration formalities (insurance) and receive your equipment.
• Any delay of more than 30 minutes for check-in will be considered a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Do I need to bring anything?

• Flat shoes and casual clothing are recommended
• Weather: Dress appropriately for the time of day and season. In winter: coat, windbreaker, gloves, and hat recommended. In summer: hat, sunscreen, and a bottle of water. In case of light rain, we can provide you with a raincoat.

Participation Requirements

⚠ Minimum age requirement for Segway tours: 12 years old
⚠ All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
⚠ Minimum weight: 40 kilos. Maximum weight: 120 kilos
✖ This activity is not available to pregnant women
✖ This activity is not recommended for people with inner ear disorders

Via the A35 highway, from Strasbourg or Colmar: take Exit 12, then follow signs for Heiligenstein

Via the Alsace Wine Route: Heiligenstein is located between Barr (to the south) and Obernai (to the north)

By plane: Heiligenstein is located 30 minutes from the Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport

Cancellation Policy

Partial or full cancellation by the customer: A refund is available up to 48 hours before departure. However, if the cancellation is received less than 48 hours in advance, subject to certain conditions, you will be issued a gift card valid for 12 months so that you can participate in a future session.

Cancellation by the agency: Tours will proceed in light rain, but if weather conditions are too unfavorable, the activity will be canceled and you will be offered a gift card valid for 12 months.
