This tour is a journey of discovery through the vineyards of Alsace. First, meet your guide for a briefing and training session, then set off on a guided adventure on your Segway!
We’ll start our tour leisurely on the heights of Heiligenstein, then head toward the many panoramic views overlooking the Alsace plain as we wind our way down the lower slopes of the Kirchberg. It’s a chance to learn more about this Grand Cru, classified since 1983. A rewarding getaway, accessible to all, to enjoy with your family and friends!

How does it work?

- Meet your instructor, who will show you how to ride the Segway in just a few minutes
- Simply enjoy your ride through the heart of Alsace
Before departure
- Please arrive at the Segway station reception at least 15 minutes before your departure to complete the mandatory registration formalities (insurance) and receive your equipment.
- Any delay of more than 30 minutes for this check-in will be considered a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
Do I need to bring anything?
- Flat shoes and casual clothing are recommended
- Weather: Dress appropriately for the time of day and season. In winter: coat, windbreaker, gloves, and hat recommended. In summer: hat, sunscreen, water bottle. In case of light rain, we can provide you with a raincoat.

⚠ All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
⚠ Minimum weight: 35 kg. Maximum weight: 120 kg

Via the Alsace Wine Route: Heiligenstein is located between Barr (to the south) and Obernai (to the north)

Cancellation Policy
Partial or full cancellation by the customer: a refund is possible 48 hours before departure; however, if the cancellation is received less than 48 hours in advance, you will be issued a gift card valid for 12 months, subject to terms and conditions, to allow you to participate in a future session.
Cancellation by the agency: Departures will proceed in the event of light rain, but if weather conditions are too unfavorable, the activity will be canceled and you will be offered a gift card valid for 12 months.
