Before departure

• Please arrive at the Segway station reception desk at least 15 minutes before your departure to complete the mandatory registration formalities (insurance) and receive your equipment.
• Any delay of more than 30 minutes for check-in will be considered a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Do I need to bring anything?

• Flat shoes and casual clothing are recommended
• Weather: Dress appropriately for the time of day and season. In winter: a coat, windbreaker, gloves, and a hat are recommended. In summer: a hat, sunscreen, and a bottle of water. In case of light rain, we can provide you with a raincoat.

Participation Requirements

⚠ Minimum age requirement for Segway tours: 12 years old
⚠ All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
⚠ Minimum weight: 35 kilos. Maximum weight: 120 kilos
✖ This activity is not available to pregnant women
✖ This activity is not recommended for people with inner ear disorders

Via the A35 highway, from Strasbourg and Colmar: take Exit 12, then follow signs for Heiligenstein

Via the Alsace Wine Route: Heiligenstein is located between Barr (to the south) and Obernai (to the north)

By plane: Heiligenstein is located 30 minutes from the Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport

Cancellation Policy

Partial or full cancellation by the customer: A refund is available up to 48 hours before departure. However, if the cancellation is received less than 48 hours before departure, subject to the terms and conditions, you will be issued a gift card valid for 12 months so that you can participate in a future session.

Cancellation by the agency: Tours will proceed in light rain, but if weather conditions are too unfavorable, the activity will be canceled and you will be offered a gift card valid for 12 months.
