How does it work?

Before departure

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your departure to complete the required administrative check-in procedures (insurance) and receive your equipment.
• Any delay of more than 10 minutes for check-in will be considered a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Is there anything I need to bring?

• Flat shoes and casual clothing are recommended
• Weather: Dress appropriately for the time of day and season. In winter: a coat, windbreaker, gloves, and a hat are recommended. In summer: a hat, sunscreen, and a bottle of water. In case of light rain, we can provide you with a raincoat.

⚠ Minimum weight: 45 kilos. Maximum weight: 118 kilos

✖ This activity is not recommended for people with inner ear disorders

Cancellation Policy

Partial or complete cancellation by the customer: No refund will be issued; however, you will receive a gift card valid for 12 months, allowing you to participate in a future session.

Cancellation by the agency: Tours will proceed as scheduled in the event of light rain, but if weather conditions are too unfavorable, the activity will be canceled and you will be offered a gift card valid for 12 months.
