How does it work?

• Meet your instructor, who will show you how to easily ride the Segway in just a few minutes
• Simply enjoy your ride through the heart of Alsace

Before departure

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your departure to complete the mandatory registration formalities (insurance) and receive your equipment.
• Any delay of more than 10 minutes for check-in will be considered a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Do I need to bring anything?

• Flat shoes and casual clothing are recommended
• Weather: Dress appropriately for the time of day and season. In winter: coat, windbreaker, gloves, and hat recommended. In summer: hat, sunscreen, water bottle. In case of light rain, we can provide you with a raincoat.

Participation requirements

⚠ Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
⚠ Minimum weight: 45 kg. Maximum weight: 118 kg
✖ This activity is not available to pregnant women
✖ This activity is not recommended for people with inner ear disorders

Cancellation Policy

Partial or complete cancellation by the customer: no refund will be issued; however, you will receive a gift card valid for 12 months, allowing you to participate in a future session.

Cancellation by the agency: tours will proceed in light rain, but if weather conditions are too severe, the activity will be canceled and you will be offered a gift card valid for 12 months.
