Do you need to know how to ride a bike or a Segway?

For bicycles (traditional or electric), no specific physical fitness level is required—you just need to know how to pedal. As for the Segway, you can learn to ride it in just a few minutes with a guided briefing. However, some restrictions do apply to Segways: this activity is not recommended for pregnant women or people prone to inner ear disorders, and it is not available for participants weighing less than 45 kg (manufacturer’s specifications). Recommended minimum height: 155 cm.

How far in advance should I book?
