After this introduction, you will start your ride quietly by the lake shore with the magnificent view on the mountains. This is the opportunity to (re)familiarize yourself with the Segway driving before heading to the old town.
It is in fact from the alleys of the old Annecy that you will make the first ascent towards the castle of the counts of Geneva. You will finally finish your ride with a visit to the Basilica of the Visitation.

Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the date of the activity. No refunds are possible within 48 hours of the departure date. You can also ask for your reservation to be postponed free of charge.
What happens if it rains?
Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a mountain climate. These segway rides take place in all weathers, and we provide ponchos. In the event of heavy rain or snow, we may cancel the ride, and will inform you as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund. We understand that you do not wish to do the tour in the rain. In the event of rain being forecast during the time slot for your ride within 2 hours of departure, you may cancel without charge.
What time does the activity start?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour, to allow time to fill in the start register and to be equipped with a helmet. We cannot wait for latecomers as this affects the experience of other participants. If you are running late, please try to call us as we may be able to arrange an alternative departure. No refunds can be claimed for late arrivals. Don't forget to park in advance. It can be difficult to find a parking space.

Is there a minimum number of participants?
Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. However, our reservations are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 people. However, you can pre-book to be on the waiting list. We can cancel your reservation free of charge, or offer you an alternative departure or date.
At what age can I ride a Segway?
You must be at least 14 years old to use a Segway (legislation on EDPM). Are you coming with your family? Children under 14 can follow on their bikes!
