Can I cancel my reservation?

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. You can also ask for your reservation to be postponed free of charge.

Can I book in advance?

Cycling around the city is one of Lyon's must-do activities. We recommend that you book your bike hire directly online. Of course, you can also come directly to our agency, without any guarantee of availability.

What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?

Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and return to our Lyon branch. All breakages are invoiced.

What are the methods and amounts of the security deposit?

We only accept credit cards (except AMEX). For electric bikes, the deposit is €300 per bike.

Our bike rental kiosk is located on Place Bellecour, behind the Tourist Office.
