ENJOY A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
Meet us at our store in the city center, a few steps away from the Place Bellecour. You will meet your guide and we will introduce you to our bikes and the rules of riding in the city. We'll start the ride in the city center with the Place Bellecour before heading to the historic district of Vieux-Lyon and the magnificent Saint-Jean cathedral.
From the cathedral, get ready to climb the Fourvière hill: easy and fun with the electric bike! You will climb without difficulty and discover Lyon from above. We will stop at two perfect places to enjoy a superb view, from the Jardin des Curiosités and then from the Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvière that you can visit.
For the next part of this panoramic walk, let's go to the other hill of Lyon: the Croix-Rousse! We will take you to the Place Rouville with one of our favorite viewpoints at the height of the roofs.
We return to our store by the ViaRhôna and the Banks of the Rhône, this long walk along the river.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of the activity. No refunds are possible within 24 hours before the departure date. You can also ask for a postponement of your reservation at no cost.
What happens in case of rain?
Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Lyon has a continental climate. These bike rides are all weather and we provide ponchos. In case of heavy rain or snow, we may cancel the ride and we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund. We understand that you do not wish to do the tour in the rain. In the event that rain is announced during the time slot of your ride within 2 hours before departure, you can cancel without charge.
What time does the activity start?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour so that you have time to fill out the start log and be equipped with a helmet. We cannot wait for latecomers as it affects the experience of other participants. If you are running late, please try to call us as we may be able to schedule an alternate departure. No refunds can be requested for late arrivals. Please remember to plan ahead for parking. It is sometimes difficult to find a parking space.

We have two stores and can organize a departure from our 2nd store in Vieux-Lyon for your convenience. You will be notified by the means of communication you provide (email, text, WhatsApp).
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. However, our reservations are guaranteed from 2 people. You can however pre-book in order to be on the waiting list. We can however cancel your reservation for free or offer you another departure or a different date.
What equipment should I bring for the activity?
Sunscreen in the summer. Warm clothes in winter.
