Your Experience
Embark on a wonderful cycling adventure in Lyon! At our agency, you’ll first meet your guide, who will walk you through the safety briefing. Once you’re ready, set off to explore the city at a leisurely pace. Our bike tours are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level (though you do need to know how to ride a bike without training wheels 😜).
First, follow the Saône River as you ride along the riverbanks starting from Vieux-Lyon. We love these riverbanks: the colors of the buildings on the Presqu’île side and the Vieux-Lyon side give them an incomparable charm! A unique highlight on the itinerary: riding through the Croix-Rousse tunnel. That’s right, a bike path crosses the Croix-Rousse hill to connect the Rhône and the Saône in this northern part of the city!
Once on the Rhône side, head to the superb Parc de la Tête d’Or. A magical place in Lyon. You’re going to love it (at least for us, it’s one of our favorite spots), with its vast meadows, woods, tropical greenhouses, rose gardens, and animal park: it’s impossible to get bored here, and we really hope you’ll be surprised.
We’ll spend a good while in the park to enjoy this green oasis in the heart of Lyon. The return trip follows a section of the Viarhôna along the Rhône riverbanks. You’ll pass through downtown, taking in the National Opera, City Hall, and Place des Terreaux.

Can I cancel my reservation?
The reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable. You may request to reschedule your reservation at no charge.
What happens if it rains?
Don’t forget to check the weather forecast. Lyon has a continental climate. Our bike tours take place in all weather conditions, and we provide ponchos. In case of heavy rain or snow, we may cancel the tour and will notify you as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund.
What time does the activity start?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour starts so you have time to sign the departure sheet and put on a helmet. We cannot wait for latecomers, as this affects the experience of the other participants. If you are running late, please try to call us, as we may be able to arrange an alternative departure time. No refunds will be issued in the event of a delay. Be sure to plan ahead for parking; it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot.
Where is your shop located?
Please come to our office at 6 Quai Romain Rolland, 69005, Lyon.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. However, our reservations are guaranteed for groups of 2 or more. You can pre-book to be placed on the waiting list. We can, however, cancel your reservation free of charge or offer you a different departure time or date.
What gear should I bring for the activity?
Sunscreen in the summer. Warm clothing in the winter.
