From our starting point in the heart of Annecy, we take the west bank towards Sévrier and then Duingt, offering breathtaking views of the lake's turquoise waters and surrounding peaks.
You'll discover the Bout-du-Lac nature reserve, a haven of unspoilt greenery, before continuing on to the east bank. We pass through Talloires, a charming village, to reach Menthon-Saint-Bernard and its sumptuous lakeside palace. Finally, passing through Veyrier-du-Lac, we return to Annecy for a final panoramic view of the "Venice of the Alps".

Can I cancel my booking?
If you do not subscribe to the"Cancellation Insurance" option, your reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can ask for your reservation to be postponed at no charge.
If you take out "Cancellation Insurance", you can cancel the tour without giving any reason up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity.
What happens if it rains?
Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a continental and mountain climate. Our electric bike tours are all-weather, and we provide ponchos. In the event of bad weather (snow, icy conditions, etc.), we can cancel the ride by notifying you as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund.
What time does the activity start?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour to allow time to fill in the start register and to be equipped with a helmet. We cannot wait for latecomers as this affects the experience of other participants. If you are running late, please try to call us as we may be able to arrange an alternative departure. No refunds can be claimed for late arrivals. Don't forget to park in advance. It can be difficult to find a parking space.

Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. However, our reservations are guaranteed from 2 people. However, you can pre-book to be on the waiting list. We can cancel your reservation free of charge, or offer you an alternative departure or date.
What is the minimum age for electric bikes?
You must be at least 14 years old to use an electric bike (legislation on EDPM).
