Internship - Junior tourism coordinator - M/F

Mobilboard Lyon is an innovative, eco-responsible tourism agency. Our specialty? Helping our customers (re)discover Lyon by sharing unique, authentic and fun moments with them.

Key missions :

Tour escort (90%): welcome, give safety briefings and accompany customers on an enriching, fun and playful experience by bike, Segway and on foot.

Reception and reservation (5%): in the agency, you will work with our team to take reservations (telephone, email, agency) and welcome visitors who have come to rent a bike or make a reservation.

Technical support and communication (5%): maintenance of the equipment fleet, help with managing the creation of editorial content.

Profile required

You are :

• Student in Tourism / History / Art History / STAPS
• Fluent in English (other languages welcome!)
• Comfortable on a bike (no more wheels)
• You know Lyon and its interests
• Autonomous, cheerful, dynamic and able to make suggestions
