If you're expecting a baby or have an inner ear problem... No Segways for now!

If you’re a lightweight (under 45 kg) or a heavyweight (over 118 kg)... No Segway for you either!

If you’re a minor over 14 years old: Dad, Mom, uncle, aunt, grandpa, grandma… in short, an adult must accompany you!

Closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers, and clothing appropriate for the current weather are required.

You’re probably eager to get started… So please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

If you are 15 minutes or more late, and if the route allows it, the tour will be shortened by the equivalent amount of time. Otherwise, the tour will be considered complete and non-refundable.
