Looking for adventure and the unusual? The Segway tour of Fourvière is just what you need! This tour is open to everyone aged 16 and over, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned Segway rider. However, to get the most out of this unique tour, we recommend that participants have already ridden a Segway at least once. Meet your guide in our store to get fitted out and follow us on a great experience.
We'll head for Place Bellecour, Europe's largest enclosed pedestrian square! We'll cross the Saône River to skirt Old Lyon. You're going to love the scenery as it unfolds before you, with panoramic views of the Saint-Vincent district and the slopes of the Croix-Rousse. But it's another hill you'll be climbing on this tour: Fourvière. You won't regret the thrill of the ride and the incredible view that awaits you once you're up there.
We'll take a break at the basilica on the esplanade, and if time permits, we'll visit the Roman theaters, the birthplace of Lyon. Finally, we'll descend the Fourvière hill via the Montée de l'Observance, with its magnificent views over the city. The tour ends with a stroll along the southern quays of the Saône at St-Georges. We'll also visit another, older basilica: Ainay, which brings our walk to a close.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can request a postponement of your reservation at no charge.
What happens if it rains?
Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Lyon has a continental climate. Our Segway rides are all-weather and we provide ponchos. In the event of heavy rain or snow, we may cancel your Segway ride, and we'll let you know as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund.
What time does the activity start?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour, to allow time to fill in the start register and to be equipped with a helmet. We cannot wait for latecomers as this affects the experience of other participants. If you are running late, please try to call us as we may be able to arrange an alternative departure. No refunds can be claimed for late arrivals. Don't forget to park in advance. It can be difficult to find a parking space.

Is there a minimum number of participants?
Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. However, our reservations are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 people. However, you can pre-book to be on the waiting list. We can cancel your reservation free of charge, or offer you an alternative departure or date.
