Practical Information
Credit card payment on our website
When you make a reservation on our website, your card is not charged; it is simply held as a security deposit. On the day of your visit, you can pay by credit card, ANCV check, or cash.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You may request to reschedule your reservation at no charge.
Can I book in advance?
Cycling in Annecy is one of the region’s must-do activities. We recommend booking your electric bike rental for the day directly online. We do not accept online reservations for 1-hour or 2-hour packages.
Where is your store located?
We have two shops located a 3-minute walk from each other. Depending on your reservation, please go to 8 bis Place aux Bois, 74000 Annecy, or 4 Rue Camille Dunant, 74000 Annecy.
What should I do in case of a flat tire or breakdown?
Our bike rental packages do not include roadside assistance. We recommend that you call us and return to our Annecy store. If you have purchased “Breakage and Theft” insurance, a 10% deductible will be charged in all cases. Flat tires are not covered by the insurance. Any other issues will be billed.

What are the deposit options and amounts?
For bicycles, the deposit is €200 per bike. We accept credit cards (excluding AMEX) and cash for deposits.
