Practical information
Can I book in advance?
Cycling around Lake Annecy is one of the highlights of our beautiful region. Bike rentals for 2 to 4 hours are available online (morning rentals only - bikes must be returned by 1:30 pm) or in the store on the day.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can ask for your reservation to be postponed free of charge.
Can I book in advance?
Cycling in Annecy is one of the region's must-do activities. We recommend that you book your comfort bike rental for the day directly online. We do not take online bookings for 2-hour and 4-hour (half-day) packages.
What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?
Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. You can call us to inform us of a breakdown (breakage, puncture) or theft, but you must return by your own means. All breakages are invoiced.
What are the methods and amounts of the security deposit?
We only accept credit cards (except AMEX). For comfort bikes, the deposit is €200 per bike.
Are you a company?
The offers presented on this page are designed for the general public. Our rides follow a fixed schedule, the meeting point is fixed at our agency and they are not privatized.
